Vendor Application

Vendor application will need to be completed.

 

Southern Soul Sessions Vendor Information

Location: Dock Area
Vendor Fee: $75 (Vendors provide their own table, chairs, and tent.)
No alcohol vendors. Food vendors must include permits and liability insurance in application or email directly to jernessa@clutchedevents.com.

 

Event Details:

  • Time: 11am - 5pm

  • Setup: 9 - 10:30am

  • Breakdown: After 5pm

  • Estimated Attendance: 200+

  • Activities: Day Party, Podcast Launch, Wine Tasting, Fashion Show, Southern Soul Concert

 

Vendor Guidelines:

  • Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Limit display to standard 10x10 tent.

  • Vendors provide their own table, chairs, and tent.

  • No refunds or exchanges.

  • Event is rain or shine; plan accordingly.
